For property managers and landlords
Every flat's paperwork, in your records.
Leases, utility bills, contractors' invoices and tenants' documents pile up flat by flat. Parsevix reads each one and hands your property software the dates, amounts and addresses as JSON.
- Leases with their start and end dates
- Utility bills with meter readings and totals
- Addresses to file each document under its property

Leases
Twelve pages in, one record out.
The built-in Contract category reads the whole lease in one pass and returns the parties, the start and end dates, the payment terms and the renewal wording, on whichever page the lease puts them.
Parsevix returns the dates and the renewal wording as the lease states them; working out notice deadlines from them is your software's job.
Utility bills
Every bill with its address and meter reading.
With the built-in Utility Bill category, bills from any supplier come back with the supply address, the meter readings, the consumption and the total due, whatever the layout. Your software can then file each one under its flat.
Matching an address to a property in your records happens in your software, by the address Parsevix returns.

Tenants' documents
IDs and pay slips are full of personal data. Names, ID numbers and bank details are masked before any text reaches the AI model and put back in your result. Detection catches most personal data, not necessarily every item.
- 02
Bills straight from suppliers
On paid plans each project gets an e-mail address; forward utility bills and invoices there and they are read like uploads.
- 03
Old leases on paper
Scanned and photographed leases are read like PDFs, up to 30 pages per file. Handwritten additions are read where they are clear.

Every plan reads, sorts and masks documents the same way. Picking the category is included, and a document that fails costs nothing.

Real estate FAQ
Questions from
property managers.
What landlords and property managers ask before they send their paperwork.
Results go out by signed webhook, through Zapier or by the API. There is no ready-made connector for a particular property management system.
No. It extracts what the lease says into fields. It doesn't review clauses, check rent rules or give legal advice.
It returns the end date and the renewal and notice wording as the lease states them. Calculating deadlines and reminding you is up to your software.
Give each one a project of its own, with its own addresses, categories, API keys and webhooks. Growth includes 3 projects, Pro 10 and Business as many as you need.
One credit per page read: a twelve-page lease uses twelve. Sorting documents by type is free. Free gives 20 pages a month; paid plans start at 500 pages.
Files uploaded in the dashboard or sent by e-mail stay in your project until you delete them. Files sent through the API are deleted after processing unless you keep them. Documents are never used to train AI.
