Shipping labels
Labels by the hundred.
Photograph or scan the labels of incoming parcels and get the tracking number, carrier, weight and both addresses of each one, with the built-in Shipping Label category.
Parsevix reads the printed text, including the tracking number printed under a barcode; it doesn't decode barcodes or QR codes.
Customs papers
Every country's form, the same fields.
A German, a Polish and a Turkish export declaration look nothing alike. Define the fields you need once in a category of your own, and each declaration fills the same keys in whatever language it was printed.
There is no built-in customs category: the fields are yours. Without one, Parsevix extracts every field it finds, named as on the form.
Three-way match
Order, delivery note and invoice, side by side.
Each document comes back with its order number, quantities and amounts, so your system can lay them side by side and catch what didn't arrive or shouldn't be billed.

One file is read as one document. Scan or send each delivery note, declaration or invoice as its own file, up to 30 pages each.
No. It reads the printed text, including the number printed under a barcode, but it doesn't decode the barcode or QR code itself.
Printed and stamped text works best. Handwriting is read where it is clear; what can't be read is left out, not guessed. Parsevix doesn't verify signatures.
By signed webhook, through Zapier or by calling the API. There is no ready-made connector for a particular TMS or ERP, and Parsevix doesn't send EDI messages.
One credit per page read. Sorting documents by type is free. Free gives 20 pages a month; paid plans start at 500 pages.
Files sent through the API are deleted after processing unless you keep them for the project. Your documents are never used to train AI.
