For law firms and legal teams
The data room, as a contract register.
Due diligence, lease portfolios, supplier agreements: Parsevix reads each contract and returns its parties, dates, value, renewal terms and governing law as JSON, with names masked before the AI model sees the text.
- Parties, dates and terms from every contract
- Client names masked before the AI model
- Hundreds of contracts by API or upload

Clauses
Your clause types, found on any page.
Define the clauses you look for as fields of a category of your own, such as change of control, liability cap or termination notice. Each comes back worded as the contract words it, wherever it appears, next to the parties, dates and amounts.
Parsevix extracts what a contract says. It doesn't judge whether a clause is fair, valid or risky, and nothing it returns is legal advice.
Client confidentiality
What you see, and what the AI model sees.
Names, addresses and bank details are replaced with placeholders before any text leaves for the AI model. Your result comes back with the real values in place, and your documents are never used to train AI.
Detection catches most personal data, not necessarily every item. Check whether your professional rules allow processing by a service like Parsevix; the AI model is Google's Gemini API.
Good to know
Before you upload the first contract.
- 01
Long contracts
A file can have up to 30 pages. A longer contract has to be split into files, and each part comes back as a result of its own.
- 02
Signatures
Names, roles and dates printed next to the signature lines are read. A handwritten signature isn't turned into a name, and whether a contract is validly signed isn't checked.
- 03
Foreign-law contracts
The language is detected on every page, so a contract under another country's law is read in its own language.

Every plan reads, sorts and masks documents the same way. Picking the category is included, and a document that fails costs nothing.

Legal FAQ
Questions from
law firms.
What lawyers and legal teams ask before they upload client documents.
No. It extracts what a contract says into fields. It doesn't judge whether a clause is fair, valid or risky, and nothing it returns is legal advice.
Personal data is masked before the AI model sees the text, documents are never used to train AI, and files sent through the API are deleted after processing unless you keep them. Whether your professional rules allow processing by a service like Parsevix is for you to check; masking is automatic and not guaranteed complete.
Yes. Create a category with the fields you need, such as change of control or liability cap, and every contract of that kind comes back in the same shape.
As many as your credits cover: upload them in the dashboard or send them through the API, which also takes asynchronous uploads with a webhook. Each page uses one credit.
Give each matter or client a project of its own, with its own categories, addresses, API keys and webhooks. Growth includes 3 projects, Pro 10 and Business as many as you need.
Documents uploaded in the dashboard or sent by e-mail stay in your project until you delete them. Files sent through the API are deleted after processing unless you keep them for the project.
