Affiliate Program Terms

The affiliate program is run by Endoi, 08000 Merkez/Artvin, Turkey (“we”). Any holder of a Parsevix account in good standing who is at least 18 years old may take part (“you”), as an individual or as a business. Joining is free. You have no obligation to promote Parsevix and no exclusive territory, and you may promote other products, including competing ones.

You may not take part if you, or the bank account you want to be paid to, are subject to international sanctions, or are in a country to which we cannot lawfully make payments.

A referral is a new Parsevix account created within 30 days of a visit through your link, in the browser that made the visit, where the visitor allowed the referral to be remembered. When a visitor allows several affiliate links, the last one counts. Accounts that existed before the visit, accounts you create yourself or for your own business, and sign-ups from your own network are not referrals.

A visit can be credited only if the visitor allows it and their browser keeps the referral. A visitor who declines, blocks site storage, browses privately, or signs up in another browser or on another device is not recorded, and we don't guarantee that every visit or sign-up is attributed to you. We decide from our records whether an account is your referral; a sign-up our system did not attribute to your link cannot be credited afterwards.

A sign-up is not your referral if you obtained it by means that break section 6.

For every payment a referral makes for a Parsevix subscription you earn 20% of the amount actually charged, excluding VAT and other taxes (“commission”). Amounts covered by credit, such as the unused part of a plan credited on an upgrade, do not count again: they earned commission when they were first paid. Commission is calculated in US dollars, at our payment provider's conversion where the customer paid in another currency.

You earn commission on a referral's payments for as long as the referral remains a paying customer, also after the program or your participation ends, unless it ends because you broke these terms (section 9).

If a payment is refunded, in whole or in part, or charged back, the corresponding share of its commission is cancelled; if it has already been paid out, it is set off against your next payouts. A chargeback later decided in our favour restores the commission it cancelled.

A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it was earned on. Once a month we pay out your payable balance by bank transfer in US dollars, provided it reaches USD 50 and your payout and tax details are complete; a smaller balance carries over to the next month.

Commission set off under section 3 is deducted from your payable balance. If it is more than that balance, the difference is carried forward and deducted from commission that becomes payable later; nothing is paid out while your balance after the set-off is zero or less.

We pay only to a bank account in your own name or your company's name. You are responsible for entering correct details; fees your bank or intermediary banks charge for receiving the transfer are yours. After you change your bank details, payouts wait 3 days for your security.

We may hold back a payout while we review activity that appears to break these terms, while details or documents we need are missing, or where sanctions, anti-money-laundering rules or our bank require it.

Before your first payout you give us your legal name, whether you take part as an individual or as a business, your country of tax residence, your address and, where required, your tax number (in Turkey: your TCKN or VKN). You keep these details up to date.

Commission amounts are gross. Where the law requires us to withhold tax from a payout, for example for a self-employed affiliate resident in Turkey, we deduct it, pay it to the tax authority and give you a statement of it on request. If a tax treaty reduces that tax, you may give us a certificate of tax residence before the payout. You are responsible for declaring your commissions and for any other taxes and contributions due on them in your country.

Commission is stated without VAT. If you are registered in Turkey as a trader or as self-employed, you send us an invoice (e-fatura, e-arşiv fatura or e-SMM) for each payout, with VAT added where it applies. If you are resident in Turkey without a tax registration, we issue the document Turkish law requires. If you are outside Turkey, no VAT is added; your affiliate page records what you earned each month, and where your law requires an invoice from you, you send us one.

You may share your link on your own websites, newsletters, social media and videos, and in direct recommendations to people who want to hear from you.

Disclosure. Wherever you share your link or recommend Parsevix, you must say clearly, before or next to the link, that you earn a commission, for example “Affiliate link: I earn a commission if you subscribe”, or use the platform's paid-partnership label. A note only in your profile, at the end of a long text or among hashtags is not enough. In Turkey, use one of the labels in the Advertising Board's guide for social media influencers (such as #Reklam or #İşbirliği). You must also follow any stricter rules that apply to you.

Honest claims. Describe Parsevix only as our website does. In particular, do not claim that AI never sees personal data or that our masking is complete, that Parsevix holds certifications or meets rules (such as HIPAA) our website doesn't claim, or that you use Parsevix if you don't.

Conflicts of interest. Do not refer an organisation you work for, or whose decision to buy Parsevix you make or influence, unless you have told it in writing that you earn a commission. If you advise clients, tell them about the commission before they sign up.

You must not:

• bid on “Parsevix”, our domain names or misspellings of them in search or other paid ads, or use them in ad copy, without our written consent;
• run paid ads that compete with our own advertising;
• send messages promoting Parsevix by e-mail, SMS, messaging apps or social-media direct messages to anyone who has not agreed to receive them from you, use bought or scraped lists, post your link in unrelated comments or forums, or make cold calls or other telemarketing;
• publish fake discounts, coupons or offers, list your link on coupon or cashback sites, or pass part of your commission to a referral or offer other incentives to sign up;
• use cookie stuffing, forced or hidden clicks, pop-ups, browser extensions or adware, automatic redirects, or paid or incentivised clicks or sign-ups;
• register or use domain names, social-media handles or app names containing “Parsevix” or misspellings of it;
• make claims about Parsevix that are untrue or that our website does not make;
• present yourself as Parsevix, its staff or an official partner.

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, which we may revoke, to use the name Parsevix and the materials on your affiliate page, only to promote Parsevix under these terms and without altering them. Don't suggest that we endorse your content or that you are an official partner. The licence ends with your participation.

We don't tell you who your referrals are. The figures on your affiliate page are for your own records; don't try to identify the people behind them, and don't pass them on. Personal data you collect while promoting Parsevix, such as a newsletter list, is yours alone to look after, and you must not pass it to us. We process your own data, including your payout and tax details, as our Privacy Policy describes.

You can stop taking part at any time by writing to us. Deleting your Parsevix account also ends your participation and removes your payout details, so ask us for your payable balance before you delete it.

We may end the program, or your participation without giving a reason, with 30 days' notice by e-mail. Referrals who signed up before the end keep earning you commission for as long as they remain paying customers, and we keep paying it out under section 4; a balance below the minimum is paid out on request once your participation has ended.

We may change these terms only for a valid reason, such as a change in the law or in our payment provider, or abuse of the program. We will tell you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance and ask you to accept the new version on your affiliate page. Referrals who signed up before the change keep the commission rate and duration they signed up under. If you don't accept, your participation ends when the change takes effect, with the effects described in the previous paragraph.

We may ask you to change or remove content that breaks section 6. If you don't do so within five days (at once for spam, fraud or misleading claims), or if you seriously break these terms, for example through fraud, self-referral, spam, undisclosed promotion or misleading claims, we may suspend or end your participation immediately. Commission resulting from the breach is not paid, and commission already paid on it may be set off.

You take part as an independent party. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, commercial agent, partner or representative, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

If you take part as a business, you will compensate us for third-party claims, fines and reasonable legal costs that arise from your breach of section 6 or of the law in promoting Parsevix. Our total liability under the program is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim; the exceptions in our Terms of Service apply, and nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

You may not transfer your participation or your commission. We may transfer the program together with our business. Sections 3 (for referrals that keep earning under section 9), 4, 5, 8, 10 and 11 continue to apply after your participation ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you take part as a business, the courts of Istanbul, Turkey have jurisdiction. If you take part as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.
