Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Parsevix (the “Service”), operated by Endoi, 08000 Merkez/Artvin, Turkey (“we”, “us”, “our”). You accept them when you create an account by ticking the box on the sign-up form. If you do not agree to them, you may not use the Service.

We may change these Terms for a valid reason, such as new features, changes in the law or in our service providers. We will tell you about changes that affect you by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription and close your account before that date; if a change is to your disadvantage, we refund the prepaid fees for the rest of the billing period. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, the new Terms apply; the notice will remind you of this.

Parsevix is a cloud-based document data extraction platform that uses AI to convert unstructured documents (PDFs, images, DOCX files) into structured JSON data. The Service includes:

• Document parsing and text extraction (OCR for images)
• AI-powered data extraction with custom or auto-detected schemas
• Automatic document classification
• PII (Personally Identifiable Information) masking and anonymization
• REST API access for programmatic integration
• Email inbox for automated document processing
• Webhook notifications for processing events

To use the Service you need an account, created with an e-mail address and password or by signing in with Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Parsevix operates on a credit-based subscription model. Monthly plans include a monthly credit allowance; annual plans include the whole year's allowance (twelve times the monthly one), available from the first day of the billing year. Credits are consumed when you process documents:

• Document processing: 1 credit per page processed
• Automatic classification: included, no extra credit
• Classification only (choosing a document's category without extracting its fields): 1 credit per document; extracting such a document later costs its remaining pages
• E-mail receiving: free on plans that include e-mail inboxes

Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Credits reset on your billing anniversary: every month on a monthly plan, every year on an annual plan. When your credits are exhausted, document processing is paused until the next billing period or until you upgrade your plan.

We reserve the right to modify plan features, credit allowances, and pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which also issues your invoices. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Monthly plans are billed every month on the day the subscription started
• Annual plans are billed as a single payment for 12 months
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes
• You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your subscription

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
• Your documents and results stay in your account; projects, API keys, inbound addresses and webhooks beyond the Free plan's limits are paused and deleted 30 days later

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: within 14 days of a new subscription's first payment, that payment and any upgrade paid in those 14 days can be refunded if no documents have been processed on the paid plan. Renewals, partial billing periods, unused credits and downgrades are not refunded. We recommend starting with the Free plan to evaluate the Service before subscribing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to process documents you do not have the right to process
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Overload the Service with excessive requests intended to degrade performance
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service itself (not your own extraction results)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use provisions.

You retain full ownership of all documents you upload and all extraction results generated from your documents. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

• Storage: Uploaded files are kept in our file storage in Germany and the results in our database until you delete them. Files uploaded through the API are deleted right after processing unless you set the project to keep them
• Deletion: You may delete any document at any time. When you delete your account, it is closed at once and deleted after a 30-day grace period
• Results: Extraction results are stored in your account and accessible via the dashboard and API
• No training: We do not use your documents or extraction results to train AI models
• PII masking: Before document text is sent to a third-party AI service, personal data in it is detected and masked automatically. Detection is automated: it catches most personal data but cannot guarantee to catch every item. You remain responsible for having the right to process the documents you upload

The Service supports PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG and TIFF files. On every plan a file may be up to 10 MB and 30 pages. We may reject files that are corrupted, password-protected or contain unsupported content.

Every plan includes REST API access; the number of API keys and the request rate depend on the plan. API usage is subject to the same credit limits as dashboard usage. API keys are confidential — you are responsible for keeping them secure and must not share them publicly.

We may impose rate limits to ensure fair usage and service stability. Current rate limits are documented in our API documentation. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage patterns indicate abuse.

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns to ensure fair and equitable access to the Service for all users. You agree not to:

• Submit excessively large batches of documents in a short period that degrade service performance for other users
• Use automated tools or scripts to circumvent rate limits or credit quotas
• Create multiple free accounts to bypass credit limits
• Share a single account across multiple organizations

If we detect usage patterns that are disproportionate or abusive, we may throttle processing speeds, impose temporary usage limits, or suspend your account after providing notice. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking action.

12.1 Multiple Free Accounts

Each individual or organization is permitted one free account. Creating multiple free accounts to gain additional credits is a violation of these Terms. If we detect multiple free accounts belonging to the same individual or organization, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts without notice.

12.2 Inactive Accounts

Free accounts with no activity (no logins, no document processing, no API calls) for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive. We will send a notification to your registered email address 30 days before deletion. If the account remains inactive after the notification period, we may permanently delete the account and all associated data. Paid accounts are not subject to inactivity deletion while the subscription is active.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: infrastructure failures, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party service outages.

The Service relies on third-party providers for certain functions, including but not limited to AI-powered data extraction and payment processing. When using these integrations:

• Personal data in document text is detected and masked automatically before the text is sent to a third-party AI service
• Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we do not store your card information

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party providers. We may change service providers; the current list is in our Privacy Policy, and business customers who have us process personal data are told about new subprocessors in advance under our Data Processing Agreement.

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Parsevix and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

You retain all intellectual property rights in your uploaded documents and extraction results. We claim no ownership over your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parsevix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Except as set out below, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The accuracy of AI-powered extraction results is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying extraction results before relying on them for business decisions.

None of these limitations applies to liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law, for guarantees we have given, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited. If we breach an essential contractual obligation (one that makes the contract possible in the first place and on which you may rely) through slight negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.

If you use the Service as a business, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or of any third party's rights, in particular from processing documents you had no right to process.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect for good cause, in particular for:

• Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use provisions
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no activity for 12+ months may be deleted)

Without good cause, we may end a paid subscription only at the end of a billing period, with at least 30 days' notice, and a Free account with 30 days' notice. When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends; your data is deleted 30 days later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For disputes with business customers, the courts of Istanbul, Turkey have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.
