Refund Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains when you can get your money back for a Parsevix subscription. The short version: what you pay in a new subscription's first 14 days, its first payment and any upgrade, is refundable as long as you haven't used the paid plan yet; after that, payments are final. The Free plan lets you try the service first, with no card needed.
1. Who handles payments
The Service is provided by Endoi. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, issues your invoice, handles sales tax and VAT, and processes refunds. Refund requests that meet this policy are approved by us and paid out by Paddle.
2. 14-day refund on a new subscription
Within 14 days of the first payment of a new paid subscription (monthly or annual) you can ask for a full refund of that payment and of any upgrade you paid for in those 14 days, if no documents have been processed on the paid plan since the first payment. They are refunded together.
- "Processed" means any document that used pages from your paid allowance: uploads in the dashboard, through the API, by e-mail or through an integration such as Zapier. Pages you processed on the Free plan before upgrading don't count.
- Once a document has been processed on the paid plan, these payments are no longer refundable.
- The 14 days start on the date of the subscription's first payment, as shown on your Paddle receipt; an upgrade doesn't start them again.
3. What is not refunded
Outside the case above, payments are not refunded. In particular:
- Renewal payments, monthly or annual, after the first payment of a subscription
- The charge for an upgrade made after the subscription's first 14 days
- The rest of a billing period after you cancel, and pages or credits you didn't use
- Downgrades, and switching between monthly and annual billing
- Accounts suspended or closed for a breach of our Terms of Service
- Requests where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse, such as repeatedly subscribing and asking for a refund
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time on the Billing page of your account. You won't be charged again; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then moves to the Free plan. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
5. How to ask for a refund
Use the link in your Paddle receipt e-mail, or go to paddle.net and choose "Request refund". You can also write to hello@parsevix.com with the e-mail address of your account and your order number.
An approved refund goes back to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days. When the first payment of a subscription is refunded, the subscription ends and the account moves to the Free plan. While Paddle reviews a refund that ends the subscription, no new documents are processed; if it is declined, the subscription simply continues.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law, for example a remedy when the service is faulty or not as described.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. At checkout you can ask for the service to start right away; if you then use it during those 14 days, the right of withdrawal ends, as set out in Paddle's buyer terms. Business customers don't have this statutory right; for them, this policy applies.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version in force when you made a payment applies to that payment.
